1. Introduction
We are pleased to welcome the admitted student to SRMS SECONDARY SCHOOL. Please report to school on the date and time shown above and complete all admission requirements before reporting.
2. Important Requirements to Bring to School
(a) Official Documents
1. A printed copy of these Joining Instructions, completed where required.
2. Original and copy of the Birth Certificate or legal proof of birth.
3. Primary School Leaving Examination result slip/certificate or previous school report, as applicable.
4. Medical Examination Form completed and stamped by a doctor/medical officer from a Government Hospital or Health Centre.
5. Four (4) recent passport-size photographs with a red background.
(b) School Uniforms, Sports & Work Wear
GIRLS
- Two (2) approved school skirts of the prescribed school colour and length.
- Two (2) approved short-sleeved school shirts.
- Black leather lace-up shoes.
- Two (2) pairs of white socks.
- Approved hijab of the prescribed school colour, where applicable.
BOYS
- Two (2) approved school trousers of the prescribed school colour.
- Two (2) approved short-sleeved school shirts.
- Black leather lace-up shoes and approved black/blue socks.
- Black leather belt.
SPORTS / WORK UNIFORM
- School T-shirt with the school logo, where applicable.
- Approved tracksuit.
- Sports shoes.
(c) Books & Learning Materials
Students should report with the exercise books, pens, pencils, ruler, mathematical set, textbooks and other learning materials specified by the school.
(d) Boarding Requirements
BOARDING STUDENTS ONLY
Bring the approved bedding, personal hygiene items, toiletries and other boarding requirements specified by the school. Unauthorised electrical/electronic items and prohibited personal items must not be brought to school.
(e) Health Requirements
Bring the Medical Examination Form completed and stamped by a doctor/medical officer from a Government Hospital or Health Centre. Any ongoing medication or medical condition must be declared to the school during admission.
3. School Fees & Contributions
All approved school fees and contributions must be paid through the payment channel communicated by the school. Bring proof of payment on reporting day. No cash should be paid unless it is officially authorised and receipted by the school.

4. Important School Rules & Additional Instructions
1. Respect teachers, non-teaching staff and fellow students at all times.
2. Attendance is compulsory for lessons, sports, school activities and assigned duties.
3. Mobile phones, unauthorised electronic devices and unauthorised civilian clothes are strictly prohibited.
4. Smoking, alcohol use, theft, strikes and other serious misconduct are prohibited. Violation of school rules may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal, in accordance with school procedures.
